Refund policy 

We understand that orders may need to be refunded or exchanged. The following is our policy.

EXCHANGES 

Our products are currently made on demand, so exchanges for different sizes or colors must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order. A standard shipping fee of $8.79 will be charged to complete the exchange.

RETURNS

  • In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your delivered purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, unopened and undamaged in any way. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph and email us immediately at support@kaniveecustoms.com
  • After being approved for a refund, return your item to the address given and our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you initiate the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
